Their cancellation policy means nothing after booking. We had a sick family member under hospice care to which we provided proof and was still denied a refund.
Good luck. I will NEVER use them again. Read their policy online about it. Then read the reviews to see how many people were not able to get refunds. I wish you the best.
Before booking your cabin, it specifically states their policies on refunds, etc. Have used this company for 3 years and they have always been cordial and accommodating, however, their policy on refunds are tough. If you doubt your booking, get the insurance.
