Your box should have a number on it and should match what is on file with your account. Call the number on your bill to speak with someone there to get an exact answer.
Opened, yes. But to exchange equipment no. Brought in a cable box to exchange for a new one and was told it would be mailed to me. Then I received a call from optimum that it couldn't be sent.
Push the guide button and search for it
Go to settings on your opt clicker Scroll down to the picture size Select normal. Exit That will fix it.
Go to optimum online app..select TV...select view TV program guide...have your location turned on so it can pick the channels in your area.

Thats all about your package and if youre a new customer. The deals are good to new customers. This is the fundamental reason for failure among cable companies. There is a sense if disloyalty on both sides.
