By far the worst customer service. Every month I have the same issue and I spend literally the first 20min of a call having to re-explain the issues 5 times to the rep, every month.. it’s like clock work and I don’t get how you don’t have this all documented in your system. So I waste 1hour , every month, trouble shooting the same issue with the optimum rep only to tell me I have to be transferred to “Optimums special support team”… what a joke..and what’s worst is that Optimum is the only provider in my area so I have to stick with them..

Yesterday I just exchanged my old box for the new samsung and my tv is still showing a ' no signal ' message again. May be it could be my HDMI cord. I going onto their site for more info/help (for the umpteenth time) ! !
no...they will give you a fed ex label to return equipment.
It depends on the type of box you need, I believe. Altice boxes require a tech, the Legacy Samsung boxes are available at the stores.
