Worst possible experience. Heartless doctor and staff

Doctors staff does not return any phone calls to patient. I have been using the doctor for years. They went downhill have new doctor now

I’ve moved a lot, so this is the fourth pain management doctor I’ve been to. I LOVE Dr. Nam and the entire staff. I mean, seriously, they are all so nice and friendly and courteous. He does not rush you AT ALL. He actually listens to everything you say. He performs branch blocks right in the office, and he did a great job with my lumbar injections today. I feel very lucky to have access to such great skill and care.

Dr Nam is so very kind and gentle. He and his staff make you feel as if you are his only patient. He takes time to explain exactly what procedures are available for your condition and how they are done. He has the gifted way of making you feel as if you are not only a patient but a friend as well. I would recommend Dr Nam to anyone.
