Excellent service
TRG
The YOUNG man who helped me was very rude. He was unable to answer my questions & made no effort to get assistance from someone else who may have been able to answer the questions. So I left very dissatisfied & still confused.

The rates are completely outrageous. Got us by the balls and they know it. So,they are so expensive

The service is absolutely trash no matter what internet speed you pick, over the last 2 years we have had 6 tech visits and they don’t care to upgrade the wires at the poles to handle the 1 GB speed. 4 routers later and simple laptops still take forever to load. I’d rather pay $200 a month for just Verizon internet if I could get it then ever pay Comcast again.

It is done at the Xfinity store.
Yes it is the same place. Across from Ocean County Mall.
I'm not sure, but I get the same problem. Try resetting your modem by unplugging both the power cord and cable wire for 30 seconds then plug them back in. If nothing changes, call 1-800-COMCAST and see if they can reset your modem signal. If not, you may need a new modem. Also, if you have many people using the wifi, at the same time, it's bound to happen here and there. I hope this helps. 🙂
You can talk to somebody there there are several people that work there
Just have to pay for the xfinity online service as you usually do for internet to make it work. If you have xfinity tv no extra charge and are able to use some of the apps by singing on on a website with the code for app from the Roku. If you do not have cable then some are unwatchable because won't work without cable. I use it with internet and cut our cable cord. Very happy with SlingvTV and others on the Roku. 😊👍
Yes you can turn it in. had my equipment turned by the Tech, that came to house to set up my old equipment. I was gonna Have a friend drop it off for me.
Bring your current box in. They scan the barcode on the box, give you a receipt, and take your first name. When they call you, you go to the window and they give you a new box.
Wi fi only. The prices are high. Nothing is free. Get Netflix or Hulu.
If you mean extender , theirs was over one hundred dollars . I chose one from Amazon , much less$$ and works fine .
Yes
You can do it yourself for free or you can have them do it for a fee and they want too much for setting it up for you
No. They'll take it right at the desk when you walk in.
Yes!
Is open
Go there.
Drop channels
From my own experience, I find Xfinity/Comcast has a tendency of issuing refurbished routers that are not up to date and require replacement quite often. I would go to the store with your current router and remote and request a NEW BOX, not a refurbished one. Since I've recently done this myself, we have not had any further issues with pixelation or muted sound when recording on the DVR. Previously we went through 5 routers in 3 years because they were all older equipment that has issues. Good luck!
I've just returned to Toms River
Yes. You just fast forward through them.
I would call their tech support, your currently asking questions to the public, not Comcast!
Yes you can and no there is no charge, as long as you have boxes that go with the remotes
Is the at there a charge for having a cell phone activated at Xfinity store??????
Bring all the equipment back and say cancel my service
Look on there site for new customers they run specials
Too many reasons for this what device is disconnecting the modem the computer the tv or the phone .try typong that question into google
I don't understand what you are asking.
Yes.
No, but you can use cash (exact change or no change given back) or credit/debit card at their payment kiosk.
They close st 8pm Saturdays
That would be a question for the xfinity corporate offices. As a former resident of Jackson, and three of my family members are employees of Comcast, I think that the only provider services available are Dish Network, Optimum and possibly FiOS in certain areas. https://www.xfinity.com/locations/in-my-area
An IR Extender or IR Receiver is included with your TV Adapter equipment. ... If you have anXfinity X1 main TV Box or Player, you can use the XR2/XR5 remotecontrol with Aim Anywhere control (RF capability) even if they are stored in a closet or another room, up to 50 feet away.. I hope this helps. If not call them at 1-800-9346
Yes
Customers can drop off or exchange ANY Comcast devices: converters, dvrs, home security equipment. They also have replacement parts, remotes, and connector cables that have the new, much easier twist ends.
You can edit location on Google Maps
Sometimes if there was never cable lines going into the house
Yup its the motion activated lighting in the unit, don't hold it as much and it should last longer
The last time i went they did have them. You could always call to find out if they are in stock.
