Had a blast!!!! Flow rider was awesome!

Only thing we went for was the lazy river only To be told my husband Could not ride. Paid $26 for nothing. My husband's medical condition plus his weight will not allow him to ride on top of the floats. He can only ride on the middle of the float. Evidently that is not allowed on this lazy river. I've been to many lazy rivers and never been excluded for riding like that so we Paid for nothing just to leave.

Best question I've seen Vael. There are lockers like the old skating rink had. I'd suggest a ziplock bag for the water sensitive items. It's hot, dont leave that cell phone in the car.
Yes you can just no coolers!!
We have a large picnic shelter and other picnic areas right outside the waterpark.
It's $12.50 for adults and $8.50 for kids under 42" tall. Our prices are listed here: https://waterparks.greenvillerec.com/discovery-island/
No animals are allowed
No it does not
That's a really good question. I think it's more for service dogs.
They are
For me discovery is better
Definitely ! They have big water slides , a surf 🏄 station that i even attempted 😂 and of course the lazy river and an area up to 4 or 5 feet where they can swim
You have 24 pr 48 hr to reschedule if you're unsure. They keep the park open unless there is lightening.
$5 for 1/4 pizza or $16 from a whole one. Ice cream ranges from $3-5. They sell chips for $2 I think and the uncrustable PBJ for $1.25 or $1.50
They don't have grills at the Waterpark.
If you buy tickets online everyone is $13. If you buy in line then If under 2 (maybe 3) then they're free. Under 48" it's $9. & $13 for the everyone over 48"
I think it's because they can't verify the ages online, so one price fits all.
Yes. They're open Monday- Saturday 11-5:30 & Sunday 1-5:30
12 dollars per person 8 dollars for 55 and over pizza for food they sell but is a good big slice 5 dollars you can bring in drinks no food no Alcohol
Different prices for different ages. I think apx 15 for adults. Only 4.50 if you just want to watch children and not get in the water.
You can purchase online I paid at the gate for me and my 11 year old it's $12.50 if you swimming if not $4
They r open
May 29!
I got tickets 2 weeks ago for $12.50 each
Pack a lunch, and your adult drink, lol, in a cooler leave it in the vehicle. Once your wristbands on you can come in and out all day that's what we did.
No
There is a play area for your brother there. They don't usually let children that young go on the big slides, but there are two smaller slides on the water playground that he will probably really enjoy.
I'm sure it has a maximum capacity, but we went there on Memorial day weekend and it wasn't "that" packed. Why would you need to ask that?
I think there is a small discount for senior citizens
No dogs but after water park is closed for season they have a special outing just for dogs.
Life Jacket Is Not Recommended If He's Above 48 In in Height .. This Is A Policy Of The Ground
There are no dogs in the water until the waterparks are closed. One day a year we have Waggin' at the Waterpark. This year it's Sept. 7. There's another date at Otter Creek Waterpark.
I think they changed that and don't have it anymore.
The shelter in Southside Park (right outside the waterpark) does have grills.
Discovery Island Waterpark Rates 48” and taller – $12.50. 47” and under & Seniors – $8.50. 2 years old and under – FREE. Online Tickets – $12.50. (ALL online ticket purchases are $12.50 each for general admission into the park due to us not being able to verify height or other discount requirements with online purchases.)
The park opens Saturday, May 25 through Monday, May 27 for Memorial Day Weekend.
They have tubes
They did not check my bag when I went. There was security at the entrance so it could be random inspections.
if you look on their website that tells you that they are open until the first weekend in September.
One is for one people más the other is for 2 people with the inflate
The rules require a life jacket for people under a certain height. You might be able to convince them to let you use your own as opposed to one they provide, but ultimately it's their call. Your daughter won't be allowed in the water unless she's wearing some sort of floatation device.
Well theres 2 bigger slides, a smaller sized splash pad/ jungle gym, and a lazy river the size of a basketball court. In my opinion, I'd say its pretty small. But my 3 year old nephew could have stayed there all day and wouldn't have gotten bored. Older kids, probably not.
$12 for 48" and taller $8 for 47" and smaller children 2 years old and younger are free. Be aware that the flowrider is only open for knee and body boarding as repairs are being made .
I saw at least one picnik table behind the further parking spots up on the hill. We brought a blanket and set under the shade.
The deepest water is 3'6". You may bring your own floating device if it's a life jacket or similar device. No outside inflatable floats are permitted. We do provide life jackets for children as well.
It depends on their height. If they are 48" or more, $12. If they are below 48", it's $8. If they are 2 and under, they are free.
Yes for smaller children.
No but you can go in and out, so we just put a cooler in our car and went out and had a picnic.
I believe that its $10 - $12 for swimmers $5-$6 for under 7 and landlovers $4
