They need help and remodeling I would just close this location until they received the help needed. As soon as me and my son got there they had to close for 30mintues because they didn't not have enough workers very different than the cermak aquatic location which is well staffed clean and had the food center open. We need to do better and the black community. It was very disappointing 😔

Website says it’s open at 4pm and it is 4:30 now and it’s closed. It’s a bright sunny day so it can’t be the weather. Was really looking forward to bringing the kids!

I think this is a great place to take the kids for a fun day considering I live in the suburbs and this is the only place close that the kids can play in water and the price is good especially if you have a crew of them ..however it does take a long time to get in the bathrooms are closed and the facility is still open and the staff is rude

We arrived at 1oclock, they were supposed to open at 12 noon. Some people had been waiting an hour. They told us they were having technical difficulties with the pool water. It boiled down to they just didn’t do their job. They not once gave us an update or an apology. When I asked for an update, it felt more like I was causing an inconvenience. We were just left out in the 90 degree weather like cattle. I counted 5 schoolbuses full of kids that left and many cars. A lot of money was lost due to their extremely poor work ethic. Finally was let in at 2 o’clock. When we got out and went into the womens locker room, I was appalled at what I saw. It was filthy. Disgusting. Toilet water was running onto the floor. It was dirty from last year, top to bottom. Not one stall had toilet paper. It was sad and horrifying considering we are living with Covid. No concern for children or elders. I will never go back to this nonmanaged dump again. Whoever is in charge needs to be fired, immediately

When we go to Green Lake we picnic in the park and go to the pool So yes you can bring a cooler to the park!!

😒Do not come for me.. because I do not work there and to be honest! This isn't really a question.. it's.. More of a complaint.🙄but to answer your very🤔slight inquiry.. 🤨No ma'am,the staff aren't there to answer your phone calls because they are there working nonstop😳 having all eyes on the children making sure that all of the children in the facility are safe and sound are 🚫 NOT DROWNING in the water! You should definitely go up to the facility and ask them in person any additional questions that you may have outside of this question posted here on Google (Btw if they say," they aren't booking anymore parties." it's obviously because their schedule is fully booked and you didn't inquire early enough to book it there ) Yes,You can bring in food,coolers,can or plastic bottles of pop or pizza, blankets ,chairs, umbrellas. however DO NOT BRING IN ANY GLASS OF ANY KIND into the facility! As it's not allowed and will be promptly confiscated.
No it's a water park
NO you cannot bring them to the aquatic center but you can bring your puppy to the park outside of the center they cannot come inside of the aquatic center unless they are service animal helping you but if it's just a regular puppy they are not allowed inside of the aquatic center only the park to walk around
