Not sure why there are so many negative reviews here. Even during COVID, this shop has been consistently excellent when I've been there. A few times they've had off hours or I've had to wait a bit, but the food has always been excellent and the people even better. Keep up the good work, all. A special shout to Sheneka, who was wonderful when I stopped in on 12/22. You made my long night much better! Thank you!

Waited for over an hour for food and still didn't get.. We even ordered online. Cook took breaks outside while had lobby full of customers. Eventually came out and put a closed sign on the door and locked it. Had numerous people outside trying to get in. Employee fussed at customer inside when she opened the door for a moment to talk to someone out side. This has to be some sort of fire code hazard. This was October 8th. Long story short food never came and we left while already paid since we did it online. As of today still have not been refunded money for food we didn't get. Not a professional environment and horrible customer service. Will update if we ever get refunded or if they even reach back out to contact us
