Great breakfast! There is a wait at times but really worth the wait

Very disappointed in the food quality... I had placed an order through DoorDash recently and the food was just okay. But I noticed smalled portions. I decided to give them another shot and pick up my order this time. The portion size for the hashbrown casserole was laughable. When I asked the manager she said the portion was correct and was actually a little larger than what it was supposed to be. I know that was a lie because when I have dined in the portion Ive gotten has been way bigger. I understand that things in our world are changing but the money I pay should be for decent portions of food. And if the price needs to be increased to give customers more than kiddie size portions than do that. Update: I see that its mysteriously gone now... 🤔 But they responded under my review asking me to reach out to them about my experience to make it seem as if they are trying to make things right with the customer. But it has been over a week now since I sent an email to them, as requested about my experience... I have yet to get a response. Dont waste your money here, they dont want to do right by their customers.

This was the worst cracker barrel we have ever been to. We go on our way to vacation and home. So we have been to quite a few. The lady taking names was fantastic. We browsed the shop why waiting. Once seated it was 11 minutes until our server came. She took our drink and food orders at the same time. We got two kid drinks delivered to the table by another waitress. We only had one child. We had to ask another Waitress for adult cups. . that being said. Two other tables got sat. Drinks. And bread before we even saw our waitress again. Then everything came at once. The bread the food the adult drink. My friend got chicken strips and hers we're burnt. See picture. It was a miserable visit. The waitress was awful. And my friend paid because I was so mad and she even tipped $10

They opened at 10am and when those who were waiting came in, there was a roaring cozy fire going in front of the tables to warm us up. Genuine, speedy service and great food. Highly recommend!
