There could be any number of factors or combination of factors including a large number of orders in front of you, new staff in training, staff who were sick so they were short-staffed, new kitchen staff being trained, etc. Probably the best answer here would be you should have asked the person who waited on you or a manager on duty. No one in Google guides usually works at the actual location, when you actually were there for your meal.
When we was there Monday our server maria was awesome we enjoyed looking at the store while we waited on our food. Its def worth the wait man just be patient
