These are older apartments spaciously spread out that provide a small neighborhood feel in a prime location. The apartments are set up with adjoining sides like a block of townhomes. There are a lot of trees throughout the community keeping it hidden and quiet from the busy highway (160) in Fort Mill, SC. They offer tennis courts, swimming pools, trash collection, and a resident car wash area. Kingsley is located dIrectly across the street offering a variety of dining options including a craft brewery. Baxter Village is also close by along with grocery stores, gas stations and access to I-77 less than 1/2 mile away. The apartments themselves are dated as compared to new construction. They include a small front porch and back patio with many trees offering privacy from other units. Maintenance requests are scheduled and responded to promptly. Parking is adequate and assigned with several visitor spaces available near each group of units. These apartments are an affordable option and are a great choice.

Quiet neighborhood with two pools. Clubhouse is available for rent for events. Lots of trees make it feel like an established community . Convenient to Kingsley area with a decent amount of food options , including Carolina ale house, Panera , and Smash burger. Really nice if you work in Kingsley; less than 5 minute commute! Convenient to Baxter , Downtown Fort Mill, and I-77.

My brother and his wife just moved here and they love it. It's very peaceful and quiet. Great neighborhood with top rated schools. Two pools which are clean and big enough for laps to get a good workout. Small gym good enough for a quick workout. Would recommend for anyone with a family who just moved to fort Mill or anyone who's not ready to purchase a home yet.

Mrs. Kim and Mrs. Susan are amazing! Everyone in the office from management to the super are very professional and nice. This community is family friendly and the grounds are always kept. It's close in proximity to the grocery store and various eateries. I would recommend this property over the expensive apartments in the area.
