Went Thursday morning with two teenagers and one six year old. Service was adequate. No one greeted us, food was only warm. The biscuits were horribly dry. Not stale, but dry. Like sawdust. We were traveling through, wish I had found Bojangles.

I walked inside. The cashier was very helpful (which is pretty unusual at these types of establishments). I was able to place my order, wait about 5 mins, grab my food, & get out of there so I'm not complaining. It's was cool. Better than most of the McDonald's that I visit so I'll take it.

We made a large very customized order. The food came out perfect. We received everything we needed/ordered with a friendly greeting and our food was hot and tasty. It was a nice Sunday family visit to McD's. Thank you.

Ordered two mcdoubles and a spicy mchicken, small fry, and two sprites. The mcchicken was either over cooked or old and threw it back in the grease to warm it up. Both Mcdoubles only had one patty and fries were old. Didnt realize any of this until I made it home. Tried calling and phone gives a busy signal. Ill add a pic of the chicken sandwich in a few.

This location has several rude employees i got to the window to pay and the female was rude and asked me what I ordered, then proceed to tell me she doesn't see it.she does something on the register then sees it. Then i go to window 2 where the 2 females there are huddled up on a phone laughing i wait 11 minutes before i get my food. The worse customer service in the area.
It doesn't use to be open 24 hours.
I think Wendy's has the most efficient fastest drive thru times. The one at CMC Pineville especially. The McDonald's on Carowinds blvd should have the same sense of urgency being close to the park and interstate in general. No matter if machines are down or what ever excuse for being slow all falls on management and proper hiring and training. When you have one excellent employee who can and will learn each station is valuable or can work like 3 other lazy workers is a Great hire. Managers are too easy on these young kids. Let em go they is 20 more looking to get hired.
Have not been to that one in a long time but i think it open at 5:a.m. and close at 9:p.m.
