I think Wendy's has the most efficient fastest drive thru times. The one at CMC Pineville especially. The McDonald's on Carowinds blvd should have the same sense of urgency being close to the park and interstate in general. No matter if machines are down or what ever excuse for being slow all falls on management and proper hiring and training. When you have one excellent employee who can and will learn each station is valuable or can work like 3 other lazy workers is a Great hire. Managers are too easy on these young kids. Let em go they is 20 more looking to get hired.
I think they ALL, including the one on 21 have really SLOW Drive Thru and they always are out of something or a machine is broke down, especially the Frappe machine!
I ordered a Mc DLT and I am still waiting for it.
