worst wendys, waited 40 minutes at the order screen while people drove past me

Absolute amazing food, if you get what you ordered. I avoid this Wendy's if I can help it. Every single time I go there they get my order wrong, On top of long waits. There has been numerous times going here at 7:30 pm and they are out of potatoes and fry, won't expect card payment, and don't have exact change, or any change to give the customers back. Only go here when it's slow/ dead. This one Wendy's Is ruined Wendy's for me

Maybe they were just having an off day and short staffed. They gave our food to another customer. We decided to leave because we had already been waiting for 20 minutes.
