I went in for my routine cleaning. They did a very thorough job, my teeth haven’t ever felt this clean! My dentist and I went over my past filling to make sure there no issues and ones that need to be addressed. They are very professional and did an excellent job

My first visit everyone was very friendly and helpful. The Dentist was very nice. I was glad I decided to go there until I wanted them to send the predetermination to my Insurance company and they said they don’t do that I told them they needed to so I know what I will have to pay out of pocket. A few weeks went by didn’t hear anything, called Insurance company they never received anything from Midwest Dental, called them and stopped in and asked why they didn’t send it in and again we don’t usually send in predeterminations so then they said they would. So they did but the Insurance company needed more information, so I stopped there and told them they needed to call Insurance company and they would fax over what they needed. But Midwest would not call to get the information. I called Midwest to find out why they wouldn’t and of course she was on another line and would call me back and guess what she never did. Midwest Dental is the worst place ever!!! Will never do business with them ever again!!! They lost a paying customer because they were to lazy to call a insurance company to get the information they needed to send to them. I recommend not ever going to them for anything!!!

Having been to many dentists over the years, I have finally found an amazing dentist. Dr. Botsford and his care team are the best, five stars are not enough! Thank You for all of your hard work and dedication to your patients. (Even the gaggers) 😁 Midwest Dental Baldwin 👍

Fantastic service! The hygienist was personable and informative and answered all my questions with honesty and knowledge. The clinic was clean and thorough with keeping things sanitized and safe. It was a straightforward and quick appointment considering all the X-rays, the exam, and cleaning.
