Great first experience! It can be a challenge to get the first x-rays but I treated with nothing but kindness and understanding. The doctor took extra time to explain my options in a way I understood. My teeth have been on the back burner for a while and I felt no judgment about that just a plan of action. 10/10

I had a tooth/crown break off during the heavy snowfall in mid-winter and many businesses shut down. My dentist was not able to see me for about a week. I was able to set up a next day appt with Aspen dental. It was a good first visit and I decided to go forward with the process at Aspen dental. The staff was great, but I was especially impressed by Dr J. 😁 Dr Janarthanan that is. The tooth was fitted with a temporary crown and we would schedule the permanent crown replacement when the lab finished the new crown. Anyway the process was fantastic. I marvelled at the skills and caring ways of Dr J. As of today, I cancelled my appt for my checkup with my "former" dentist, who by the way was very good as well, and will place my teeth under Dr Js care going forward. I have also recommended Dr J to all my family.

I cannot express with words how much this office and Dr. Janarthanan mean to me. I have EXTREME fears and REALLY bad past experiences with dentists, to the point where I had just about given up ever getting my teeth fixed. For years now, I'd only go to a dentist because I had no choice (for a broken tooth). I now feel comfortable working on getting my teeth fixed. I am so grateful for this office, it literally makes me cry. To be treated like a human being, to be seen and heard, and to feel safe-it means the world to me❤❤❤

DO NOT GO TO THIS ASPEN DENTAL. I had a horrible experience here and was scammed out of hundreds of dollars. They do not answer their phones or emails. I have reached out multiple times attempting to get a refund, to no response. They told me I was going to be getting a "goodie bag", then did not explain that it was going to be a $317 charge. I did not ask for this. The day I went they did not even give me these items, such as a $137 toothbrush? Also $30 toothpaste and $30 mouthwash. Again, I did not ask for any of these ridiculous items. I was never even given these items. I had to cancel the appointment and seek help from my bank for fraud. This is still being taken care of weeks later, to no resolution. All of this and not even mentioning the horrible experience I had with the x-rays, genuinely the worst I have ever experienced. I am posting this as a last resort in hopes they will respond for once. *UPDATE* Soon after writing this I called the number from the other reviews and was finally given my money back. Customer service was helpful, but the staff at this Aspen Dental location are not. Do not waste your time or money here.

Thank you for sharing, Andrea! I'm glad the team has helped you have a positive experience. - Emily, ADMI
They don't take Medicaid. Jordan Valley Dental Clinic takes Medicaid and Medicare. I don't know about dentures and Medicaid.
Some kind of supplemental, but not the general medcaid
First visit is free. Payment plan depends on your credit. Not sure about Anastasia.
You would need to talk to them about that. They do a consultation for free.
Best thing is to call them but I think they take all plans I have Carrington 500 and it saved me alot
Avoid this place at all costs. The Des Moines Aspen dental is awesome. This one, no!!
