Came in with my 4 year old toddler who had to use the bathroom. I don't know if you have kids but when your four year old is crying because they have to pee, you know it's time to stop. So I stop at the nearest gas station, this one, go inside and even offer to buy something so she can use the restroom. Nope! Here's the thing, I get if you have a policy but that's the great thing about face to face customer service, you can make judgement calls. A four year old is not likely to be shooting up in a bathroom, or whatever happened to enact this policy, she just has to pee. So with an embarrassed and upset little girl, I drove down the road to Caseys to pee, bought drinks and filled up my SUV. I was greeted with a friendly face, an empathetic cashier, and a wide selection of drink choices. If you have time, just head down the road a bit, it's worth it for a better customer experience.
