I would highly recommend NOT renting here. When we first moved in things were quite and enjoyable. The location is nice. However management has gone downhill big time. It has changed 3 times In 6 months. They add extra fees onto rent every few months without explanation. Packages are stolen constantly. It is on all of message boards and I’ve had 3 stolen out of their “secure” parcel room. The valet trash service you pay for does not always occur. There are always kids running around on bikes and scooters in the hallways yelling and screaming until 9pm at night. Nothing is ever done about this. They throw rocks at cars and garbage all over the common areas. This is far from luxury and way over priced. You can get far nicer for the same amount of even less.

Office management, is not very compassionate and Andi, the manager is not very friendly. The apartment breezeways do not get cleaned enough and rules are not enforced like they should. You should feel at home at a place where you spend your time and money but unfortunately I do not. Also, the phone lines never seem to work.

I just moved into these apartments in February right before Covid happened and because it caused me to spend a lot more time at home I am able to give an honest review. From the beginning of my application process until today, the management team in the front office has been nothing short of spectacular! Gemma Valencia, in specific, (though Samantha has been great) has been a pleasure to work with. I have a unit with updated features and spent the quarantine time decorating and am honestly HAPPY to come home from work everyday. I haven't lived in an apartment in over 15 years and was so nervous about the downgrade. These apartments are definitely more than I could have ever anticipated & I am grateful I have a sense of peace when I get home. I will even admit, we had a minor problem with noise in the early summer (kids being couped up in the house due to Covid and unable to go to school or release the extra energy) and when I finally voiced the concern to management (I tried to be as patient and understanding as possible for as long as I could) it was handled the same day and I haven't had any issues since. Gemma communicated with me well, apologized on behalf of the community and addressed and rectified the situation efficiently. The maintenance team (Xavier in specific) are top notch. The amenities are perfect. We have valet trash service, a playground, a dog park, they just finished a vacuum area for your vehicle, the pool with awesome grills and a cabana area. I only plan to stay a year as we are hoping to buy a home next February but if for any reason that can't happen, I am gladly renewing my lease!

I have lived here for almost 2 1/2 years, and I can tell you I couldn’t be happier with the management that we now have. Our complex is a little over 3 years old and I moved in because of the top of the line upgrades they offered in each unit. There were a few issues the very first year that had me wondering if I had made the right choice. However, the management that we have now is amazing! Gemma is a dream and she runs everything so smoothly and efficiently! There is NEVER an issue if you need something fixed! It’s completed right away, and the entire team is focused on our happiness and experience. She is a consummate professional who makes sure our property is clean and pristine. NOTHING is overlooked under her watch. She is friendly and welcoming, always ready to help if anyone has an issue or concern. She strives to make our place a clean and wonderful home for everyone here. I can not recommend her or The Villas enough. I’ve been a renter for decades and I’ve never seen this level of professionalism or care for a community. She never stops looking for ways to make tenants happy and she genuinely cares enough to know us by name. I highly recommend the villas to anyone looking for upscale accommodations, amenities, community and cleanliness!!!!

Hey there, we don’t have any breed restrictions however you would be required to have pet renters insurance that specifically covers your dog breed, an upfront pet fee and pet rent is also required. Thanks

Mine does not, but i am also in a handicapped unit. So there is not enough space under the sink for one (everything is lowered).
