I would rate lower if I could. The reason I wouldn’t suggest this place is because of safety and value for money. Since my husband and I moved in a year ago, we have seen three vehicles broken into with glass chattered everywhere. Our lease ends in a couple of months and we DEFINITELY will not be resigning. Our neighbors just moved out because the property has raised the rent $900. If they are going to be asking $2500 per month to live in an apartment that you can hear everything through the walls and be scared of vandalism or break ins then this is the place for you. If we would pay that much, I would want to be SURE that I am safe living in my own space. For those reasons, I would NEVER recommend this place. We will be moving somewhere more safe when our lease is up.

This was a fine place under under previous management but once Southwood Reality took over it's been a mess. Condition of the complex has steadily gone downhill while rent has gone up. Unsupervised children are a MAJOR problem here. There are groups of kids who destroy the gym and equipment, leave it a complete mess, have even riden scooters around inside and management does nothing except send out passive aggressive emails hoping the problem corrects itself. One of these emails was sent to address the following issues regarding the children: egging apartments, graffiti, and general vandalism. On the topic of the clubhouse; the gym has a broken ac unit so it's been weeks that the temperature is over 80 degrees in the facility. The water fountain filter status is red (as in do not drink) also for weeks. Look and spend your money elsewhere.

Simply luxury living at its finest! Apartments are large and well maintained with upscale amenities. Landscaping is immaculate and the grounds are pristine. The staff represent the heart of this community, were you are treated like family. It's great to be home!

STAY AWAY from this place since SOUTHWOOD REALTY has taken over its been terrible they run kids off of green spaces, no propane for grills on July 4th, the trash pick up is a joke picks up your trash when he wants to and they are possibly slightly racist. Only people I know that have been fined were my black neighbors not my white ones across the hall. Please find some place else to live
