Burgers were very greasy and dripping oil with each bite. Order for 7 sandwiches was brought out one at time every 5 minutes. Which made no sense because we were the only table with orders in for the kitchen to fix at 3:00 p.m. on a Saturday. The restaurant was for the most part empty. There were two employees on the cook line so there's no explanation on how the orders were prepped and sent out.

Honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had at a smash burger. For starters my food wasn’t ready on time. So when I arrived I needed to wait 15 more minutes. The fries were already in the to go bag when I arrived so I asked for new ones since I waited and the employees were less than thrilled. I’m certain they gave me the same fries back because they shouldn’t have been cold from walking to the restaurant to where I was eating. The haystacks we got were also soggy and not enjoyable at all.

Monday Night 6:08 pm 1 other person ordering food in front of my family. 30 minute ticket time to prepare 3 double burgers. Had 3 other orders walk-in for pickup. Restaurant was not clean and looked like plenty of staff who could take short few minutes to handle trash and restock napkins, wipe the containers and clean up the tables. Not sure I would return or recommend it.

I love Smash Burger! Well, at least most of the time. I happen to be in Fort Mill SC over the weekend and literally tripped over this Smash Burger location. Well, I ordered my usual single with bacon and cheese and a large smash fry. Service was great, the hostess was friendly and smiled and processed my order. My order came to the table in fairly quick order. Well, in spite of the quick arrival of my burger and fries, both were disappointing to the extreme. As you can see from the photo, the burger was not cooked properly. It was smashed alright, but it had been sitting on the grill long enough to burn the meat. No, not seared, burnt. The burger was not hot as would be expected if it had been properly cooked and fresh off the grill. And, the fries were cold. So, this Smash Burger will not be on my list of good burgers. As a matter of fact, it goes into my little black book of places to never stop! With a line under the name to make sure I’m paying attention. Bad burger! Bad burger indeed!
