Like of communication with head maintenance guy!! He's doing petty things on purpose. This guy been saying for a month that he's waiting on painters to repair our ceiling from a water leak. Been living here for over 4yrs and never had these types of issues.

My roommates and I have been living at Flagstone Apartments since July 2021, and our experience has been pleasant until our AC unit went out in October, and we are still fighting with management to get it resolved. They have sent maintenance out 3 times to try and fix, but it has only worked for a short period of time after each visit. It is clear that the AC unit is old and needs to be replaced, but they are avoiding the cost, and because of it, we've had a horrible experience with the heat, and now the freezing cold. The most recent offer they have given us was to go buy a small heater and get reimbursed for it. We our disappointed with how this situation has been handled and will be moving when our lease is up. We wanted to share our horrible experience, so that if you are deciding to move here you can take this into consideration.

Flagstone at Indian Trail Apartments community is worst serving place. I feel very unsecure for family to live in. Apartment community management office does not resolve any work order issue or any request. The parking place is very less and you wouldn't get parking spot if you back from work late. On top of it randomly they tow your car without any reason even you display your pass and have to pay Cash to towing company and they don't take credit card or don't even provide receipt. No parking place available for guests. I wouldn't recommend this APT community for family to live in and it is not at all safe.
