If I could rate a zero I would. Place a mobile order. My car hop brought the food out it was the wrong order. I sent it back they bring me another wrong order. Fast forward an hour later I'm still waiting for my food the family is at home wondering when the food will be there.. I asked to talk to the manager I asked her name she immediately clocked a attitude . I called the corporate number apparently they don't offer refunds. So here I sit an hour and fifteen minutes still waiting for a order that should have took fifteen minutes. After two hours I finally gave up apparently the manager decided to tell the cook to not complete my order and left me sitting in 100 degrees heat. My burger was fixed completely wrong and ice cold by the time I got home I ended up throwing the entire order in the trash and went elsewhere for our brunch. Sonic Service at the speed of a snail. Trashy staff trashy attitudes. Thanks for ruining my day and the kids day.

Worst customer service ever! Bad management and rude manager. I went there for picking up online order through uber eat. I’ve been told to line up in the drive through. The pick up instruction from says to park and get into the restaurant to pick up the food! So I did. When I ask if the order from 40mins ago has been ready, I manager quickly told me to get out and wait in drive through. He didn’t even tell me if the order is ready (I just need to know so I can decide if I should cancel the order). He also called the police!! When the police came I explained everything and he totally understand. This place should be closed down. I understand about staff shortage, but if the business cannot fulfill the order then don’t accept the order. Smart manager will stop accepting online order. Put up the signs to let the customer know to use the drive through. There were 6 cars left while waiting in the line because they can’t even make an order. The slots were closed or do not work. So every car had to wait in the drive through. Please don’t waste your time and energy going here. I spent over an hour for nothing.

Waited in drive thru line at the order point for more than 20 minutes. They never returned to take my order or to tell me what was going on. Five vehicles behind me left when I finally decided if I wanted to get dinner I better go somewhere else. At least tell your guests you can't get to them cuz your short staffed so they can decide if they want to wait! Sonic train your staff to communicate!

I recently went to Sonic in Indian Trail and would like to bring to the attention of the company president and/or owner, the excellent job performance of one of the workers named Tia. She has an exceptional talent in dealing with people. Her contributions to Sonic are a reflection of her priorities as an individual and the importance that she places on doing an awesome job. She is extremely polite and professional and I hope that she is recognized for her talents. I will never go to any Sonic that she is not working at. I drive over 25 minutes to go to the Sonic that Tia works at. She is definitely and asset and I am sure a great role model for any younger workers that are working with her. Keep up the good work Tia!!! 😍👍

I think they close at 10pm during the fall and winter. Not enough business to keep open. During the summer it stays open till 12am.
