Take care of a small cat colony, and called asking for advice, was told right away "If its feral, we kill it". I do understand the issue with ferals, but being that blunt is just rude.

Called to get help with wild cats on our playground. and was told to come pickup traps set them catch the cats and bring them in. If we are going to do all that what is animal control going to do?

I had to deal with this person Chelsea that works at the rustburg animal control is rude hateful not very helpful and I don't appreciate how she acted on the phone I don't like her and I will never deal with this place again when you have to call on an animal it's hard enough you need people that are helpful and nice not someone like this person hopefully she will get fired she doesn't need to be working around or with animals at all
