This department is a joke, called to report a hit and run crime that my neighbor committed against my truck and when she openly admitted to it no action was taken. Fast forward three weeks later of calling the office once a week to get any update on when they plan on releasing my report so insurance can fix my truck and I get put through to the “supervisor” whose response was do you know who you’re talking to? Douglas county would’ve had this handled and done with, disgraceful.
