The person that answered the phone literally laughed at me because I was trying to get clarification. I could not have been more respectful and was trying to get information. I literally got assaulted by a stranger and call you guys to file a claim and that’s how a treat someone who just went through a traumatic event? Disgusting.

Always all times saw 👀 big building of Buncombe County Clerk of Court has 16 floors and very taller downtown Asheville.
I remember few times go in building very nice and payment bill for my grandma.

Took 10 mins to get thru to the department I needed to talk to about a fine payment issue. Then when I did get thru to them, they immediately hung up on me without saying a word.

It's not an officially recognized holiday here but the courthouse is typically closed from December 24th through December 26th every year.
