Worst place to live . Cockroaches , rude management staff . No guest parking . It used to be great until penturaus managemnet came stay away from them and all their properties . Be warned .

I been living here for 27 years and the new ownership lies. They lost my lease and told me, that my rent would not increase. That's a lie. When I gave them copies of my lease, they are charging me more for a long time keyport village renter. It's a shame. If nothing changes, I will move out!. Theres no pool, it was filled in with dirt. 20 years ago. This is the third owership and it keeps getting worse. They are not open on Saturdays. They do allow pets for added charge. Dear owership, I talked to Paula in the office and she's no help. She came to my apartment and said that she would take care of some problems and nothing! She does not care and does not seem to have a clue! Your owership showed total disrespect, when you raised my rent 180 dollsrs.. I feel this was unprofessional and uncalled for. I have called several times, asking for a parking application and nothing.the only reason anyone lives here, is because they allow pets. Stay away!

DO NOT MOVE HERE. The new owners Pentaurus are absolutely atrocious. They are already overcharging in rent and now are requiring tenants to pay $100 extra a month to park on the premises, even though that is not in our lease. They are threatening to tow vehicles who do not pay the extra fee monthly. The man in the office, John, who says he is from corporate, is condescending, rude, and refused to answer any questions. Not only is he the most unprofessional person I have ever encountered, he also raises his voice when he knows he is wrong and speaks over you. I simply cannot believe the way I was treated and spoken to when proving that my lease doesn’t require payment to park. We have lived here since December 2021 and our windows still haven’t been fixed. There is no pool or gym like they state on their website. Every day it is something new that they are trying to change and charge you for. Absolutely ridiculous, cannot wait to move out. Replying to your response: I have called and spoken to practically everyone who works for the company. You all have shut me out and have been no help at all. Nowhere in my signed lease does it state that one bedroom apartments are only allowed one parking space, as we have discussed time and time again. It also sounds like you are insinuating that I am lying about your company charging us to park a second car, even though just yesterday you sent out a text reminding tenants. As you stated, the parking charges do not begin until October 1st, which is why you do not see it on my account. If your goal is to ensure only tenants park on the property then all tenants who are on the lease should be allowed to park free of charge. Maybe consider towing the cars that do not pay rent monthly nor live in the complex. We continue to pay full rent for our apartment that still has not been repaired for months. Our windows still do not stay open on their own and our power still blows every time we have the AC on.

Ever since Pentaurust properties took over it's been nothing but greed they don't care about the tenants I put in a maintenance request over 2 weeks ago haven't heard or seen one maintenance person my wall is literally falling apart from water damage. My rent increased $200 more a month and now they want to charge us to park in a parking lot that has been built since the 1960s my apartment has literally never been touched since it's been built there has been no upgrades it hasn't been painted in 6 years literally you can see the Spackle and tape coming through the walls and it's infested with roaches soon as my lease is up I'm out of here
