I was asking questions to setup New patient appt an Samantha hung the phone up and then I called back she claims she don’t know what happened, told me Dr Laygo isn’t at the office and he is not taking anymore patients because he’s too Old.. Like what in the world! I have never this much non professionalism in my life!! Do not come here!!

DANGER BEWARE Be careful when dealing with the very rude and unhelpful ladies at the front desk. I showed up for a preemployment physical and hearing test on 8/27/21. The email I received from my future employer said that I had 72 hrs to get the physical and hearing test, it didn't mention anything about making an appointment. I showed up the next day hoping to complete my task, but all I got from the ladies at the front desk was rudeness and them repeating over and over that I needed an appointment. Then I found out that they contacted my future employer and made a complaint, which caused me to lose out on a $30+ an hour job. I think I'll turn down any future job offers that require I use ECB, even in this economy.
