I've been going to this place since I was probably 5 years old. I moved away for 14 years and then came back and decided to see them. The front staff are the rudest people I have ever met. They are your typical 9-5p, don't care about anyone but themselves and hate what they do. They are evil NJ women who god forbid they smile the'll probably go up in flames. It's a shame that you have good doctors at an establishment but the employees in reception are the first people you see and they leave you angry at the entire organization. A lot of patients will soon discover this as well. Such disturbing old women.

Be careful of their billing department!!!!! they charge you with no clue even cheating. They told my insurance company that my healthy kid has medical basis and would not submit my kid's physical check as preventive check. My kid only visit their office once last year for a physical check. My kid is more than healthy. How ridiculous!!!!! I am asking my insurance company dealing with their billing department. I never ever experienced this type of family practice billing department. Don't go there, they stealing money.

I have been a patient of Family Practice since 2000. I have always had a great experience, never had an issue with scheduling an appointment or seeing the Dr on a days notice. The entire staff has always been informative and helpful, whether it be to speak with the nurse or answer a billing question. Recently, Anna was very helpful in setting me up to see Dr G,. She was very friendly, courteous and made me feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend Family Practice of Middletown to any one who is looking for a very good family medical practice.

Dr. Giacona and her staff were very personable , professional , kind, and over all human! In a time in our world where medicine as well as other things has become so cold. Highly recommend !!!
