My father had a procedure done by Dr.Pennycooke a few months ago. Although the procedure went well he never called a family member to let us know how it went. My father was under full anesthesia and didn't remember anything he was told afterwards when he was waking up. There was no follow up appointment made, no directions for care. Nothing. Even the nurses at the hospital were shocked that the Dr never called us. I called for information about medication and got the answering service which the woman who answered was extremely rude when i was trying to explain what happened. I was finally called back at 10 PM from a restricted number with no ability to call him back until the next day. Very disappointed especially with all his great reviews but we did not have a good experience here.

Dr Pennycooke is an excellent surgeon and surrounds himself with an excellent staff. Diana surgical coordinator got me thru the electronic submission of all pre surgical requirements. She is helpful and kind. Terry My nurse for the procedure explained what would be happening to me. I felt she was by my side before and after procedure. Front office staff always helpful .
