I have lived at Bailey Court for five years and I enjoy the safe, quiet environment. The location is ideal for me. The management company keeps the grounds mowed, bushes trimmed and I have recently observed painting, roofing, and paving going on so things look nice and work as they should. The staff has always been attentive and friendly. For example, in my apartment, when the stove had a problem that could not be fixed a new one was installed in no time.

If I could give zero stars I would. This place has been a problem from the moment we moved in. I even had to move my furniture to the front lawn because the apartment was not ready as they stated it would be. We had mold issues almost the entire year we stayed there, we had water leaking from the vinyl flooring for months before it had gotten fixed and then a water fall coming from the shower above. Everytime you walked into the apartment you could smell mold. The only thing good this place did was let us out of our lease and they only did that because I told them I was getting legal action involved. This place is nothing but a bug and mold infested property and should be condemned. Not only was the property "manager" unprofessional but she was very unpleasant. She even signed off on our walkthrough time and forgot we had a walkthrough but guess nothing changed, we were late moving in due to the property manager and even late getting the official day out due to her. I will never be renting from woodruff way property management as they are just as bad. This building should have been condemned. It is a health Hazard for anyone to live in. I feel sorry for anyone who has to be there due to any circumstances.
