These apartments are not income based. We will honor Anderson County Section 8 vouchers.

These apartments are income restricted.

All apartments have washer dryer connections. There is all a laundry on site. the apartment comes with a built in microwave, refrigeration with ice maker, stove, garbage disposal. The apartments are total electric with Duke Energy, the water is with Homeland Park Water. Screening for the application is $11 for each person 18 and over. All adults in the apartment have to be screened. NO letting a friend move in without management approval. All rules are strictly enforced. Thank you for your interest.
