Don't rent from these people. The apartments have mold coming through vents and they tell you are responsible for cleaning it. Walls are paper thin and it takes forever to not only get a hold of maintenance but for them to actually fix anything. They also have a tow truck that circles around the apartments and you better make darn sure your car is registered to the apartments or they will tow. Worst management ever.

The move in process was amazing the ladies in the office are fantastic. I would recommend anyone moving in!!!

The units are very spacious! Very quiet complex and the staff is friendly and very informative of events and maintenance going on in the complex.

BECAUSE YOU ARE WILLFULLY ENDANGERING THE HEALTH OF INNOCENT PEOPLE IN ORDER TO FLEECE THE PLACE FOR AS MUCH MONEY AS YOU CAN BEFORE DHEC STEPS IN, AND CLOSES THE PLACE DOWN, THAT'S WHY?!
