Waited in the drive thru for 5 min before finally pulling up to the window and apparently the drive thru wasn’t open. I spoke into the speaker box a few times and it feels like they could have just told me they weren’t open yet or even better yet edit the hours to add drive thru hours. 0/10

DO NOT GET THE BIRRIA TACOS!! $10 For Two tacos and there was a sliver of birria in them. Ridiculous. Barely any meat I had to complain. It was like i was eating tortilla chips with cheese and cilantro. Very disappointed. I will never get them again.

This particular location could use some customer service and management improvement. Ordering takes a long time but it’s expected because of staff shortages. Today I ordered 2 items that were not available or would take close to an hour to prepare. Supervising manager could use additional customer training as most explanations are with a take it or leave it attitude/ approach. I’ve been to other PL locations were staff are more than accommodating and food is terrific but this particular place doesn’t match up. Thank you!

Great experience the store has improved the staff is awesome, crew member Raffi really keeping it together. I've been dinning here almost every day lately that's how great the service and food have been. Really enjoying the El Pollo Loco Rewards app highly recommend it if you visit EPL a lot. I have recently had the two piece combo meal I've tried the Taco platters and the new handcrafted bowls including the ones with shrimp and they where all delicious, yes the EPL shrimp are good now.
