Fair. The good part is that I didn't have to wait too long. The bad part was that they were out of one of my favorite sauces. Oh well,I will go back again anyway.

The pollo bowl is the best. Comes with drink and 3 tortilla for below 6 bucks. Is always good food for a reasonable price. The staff are always friendly and bilingual.

Love love love their Double Avocado chicken salad. I'm not that into salads but they are delicious here, their cilantro dressing is amazing!!!

Parking on the street is limited. The spaces in front of what seems to be a tow yard has vehicles with broken windows parked on the side walk leaving anyone with a nice vehicle scared to park there. The small storefront El polo loco is clean, friendly staff and good food for the right price. They had many items to choose from and quick service. If they could work on a drive thru or maybe curb side pick up ladies alone would feel safer in the evening hours.
