This place is ridiculous to say the least. I work near by and would stop on my lunch break. My food is always cold and my order somehow always ends up missing something. I have tried to pay with my EBT card and for some reason or another the lobby is always closed. So when I than try and go to drive thru just to be told they can't accept EBT. Which makes no sense to me. All in all poor service and might as well be closed down.

This pollo loco says they close at 10:30pm I've been here SEVERAL times around 9-15 & they are already closed! It also says dine is open & they have the doors locked all the time. Not only that but when we do get our food the chicken is ALWAYS BURNT!!! not 1 time has this place gotten my order right. It would be so helpful & if they would just be honest about the hours & fix it online as well so people don't come & waste their time.

Just got my order and cesar was so sweet and kind! He added my napkins, utensils, extra sauces and pico de gallo!!! His attitude made it better and food was really nice and hot. Super tasty! Thank you so much cesar for your service and awesome customer service

If I could give this review zero stars I would. STAY AWAY!! I asked for mashed potatoes and rice as a side and they gave me spoiled beans! They smell disgusting!! I also bought a salad and the avocado on it was brown! The chicken was very hard and so was the rice! I wouldn’t of cared about the one hour drive thru wait but the food was disgusting! Save your money!! Go somewhere else!
