I was very very disappointed with this location, thus far this is the most dirtiest location of them all, by far! I bought a classic tostada chicken bowl, and it didn't even have atleast a half of a chicken leg of meat in it, and they straight out rip me off for my avocado slices. Thanks for messing up my order.🤹🏻‍♂️

We stopped by the drive-thru on Friday July 1st and ordered a family meal for our group. To our amazement, we were only given four (4) of those tiny containers of salsa… When I asked the young man working the drive-thru to please give us more as we had just ordered a large family meal, he looked at me as if I were speaking Greek and said “You want more? Uhm, ok.” and kindly gave us 4 more half-full tiny containers… Unbelievable. The kicker was when we got home and saw our rice and beans containers were only half full, and the beans we were given was mostly the broth they come in. I wish we would’ve taken pictures to share and warn others about this location. Terrible customer service provided that night and the quality of the food does not justify the price. Sorry, but it’s my honest review.

I got 3 sauces for one burrito and three tacos! Woooow! And the guacamole wasn't even filled halfway. They also forgot to give me my drink! Ahhh, this is the most disappointing Pollo Loco experience I've ever had.

The girls that take your order in drive through rush you while ordering it's very frustrating for the person to ask is that it after each item you order. If they listen instead of rushing you while ordering they can get your full order right. Their service is unprofessional and full of attitude. Management should investigate this matter. Me & my co-workers come there all the time and it always seems to be a problem. Can we come one day for lunch and get good customer service. It matters........
