This was a really amazing el pollo loco I just eat there every thing was so fresh and Yummy I usually eat pollo loco for lunch but this one is like another chain food so good

My usual is a double chicken tostada salad. Usually get it with black beans but they were discontinued! So sad ! Anyways I also tried the birria burrito and it's pretty good but can use more sauce and it sucks its on the side anyways hope to eat here more often cause their chicken is always perfect.

The beans and gravy containers had rice in them; which leads me to believe that the employees don't care what spoon they use to fill the containers. I didn't ask or get any rice with the order. There's always an issue in this place.

Went in for some chicken I have to say the person who took my order was nice! But the lady who was serving the food looked very unhappy with her job.. in a rush to go home? I mean if you don't like your job why be there and hurt the customers experience. Just quit and get a job you like period. My rice was (not) even half way full.. same with my mash potatoes.. tortilla ice cold.. chicken tostada I think someone took a bite out of it. Hope you guys could consider and get rid of employees that don't care about customers experience!!!!!!!! Never ever going back
