Used to be a great service and I've used them for a number of years for Pest control. Last year I started the Lawn service. As part of this I've paid extra for the Bermuda suppression that was to be applied once a month in June, July & August. As of yesterday they have charged me 5 times for this service since June claiming they applied it 2 extra times in August and that I have to pay for since they applied it even though they were not supposed to do it. It's not cheap and I never agreed to more treatments. I've cancelled both lawn and pest services. There's other companies out there you don't have to go through this with

Rude, unprofessional, doesn't appreciate my business and hung up on me; "We're too busy to call back customers." Killingsworth emailed me yesterday that they were implementing a $60 rate increase on aeriation and over-seeding. I left a voicemail yesterday for a call back, asking what my rate was prior to the rate increase. She was so rude-you can't make this stuff up! Me: Thanks for calling back. I got your $60 rate increase notification. Can you tell me what my rate was prior to that? Her: She read the script from the rate increase email. Me: I repeated my simple question' "What was my rate prior to the $60 rate increase." Her: She talked about everything BUT that. Me: Finally, I told her I appreciated her information but she still had not answered my question; "What was my rate prior to the $60 rate increase." Her: I don't have that information sir. It's your plan. You should know that. Me: We're really not communicating well. Could you please have someone else call me back to answer my question? I don't want my lawn treated until I talk with someone. Her: I will put a note on your file that you don't want the service. Me: No. Put a note on my file that I'd like a call back please, to answer my question. Her: I'll pass a note along to my manager. He's on vacation, so it will be awhile. Me: No rush. What's his name? Will he call me when he gets back? Her: His name is Nate. He probably won't call you back. This is our busy time of year and were just too busy to going around returning customer phone calls. Me: May I have Nate's last name please? Her: I don't know his last name. (Seriously, she doesn't know her manager's last name?) Me: Seriously? What's your name? Im sorry not familiar with that. We mainly use them for bug snd termite protection.
