No, I wouldn't drive that far. The splash pad is nice for little kids. This park is better known for its bike trails that can be easy to hard.
Dogs are required to be on a leash, but yes. Dogs are allowed.

Its free there is plenty of trails a baseball field i believe a soccer field and a few other things as well
Yes, definitely.
It is a mountain bike trail so not 100% smooth. Adults of all levels should be fine. Sometimes younger children have difficulty but most older children enjoy the trails with no issue.
