Less than 1 star. I purchased this car in December and have had nothing but problems. The car's check engine light came on a month after i had it. Also the contract is for 30k but the car is only worth 6k. this company is horrible and very deceptive. The practice itself and information is very misleading. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I want my lease terminated. i will make sure to put this on every social media site. I am not dealing with the Athens Location because the service was horrible in the past

Okay so with all this bad experience I've had with this car lot I've got to say one more thing about it still nothing today nobody's made a decision and the gentleman who I guess monitors the reviews on Google Play called me yesterday concerned about the review I left told me he would get involved and get back with me and let me know something and I haven't heard anything from him either .... Not that I'm surprised about that at... now the company whom towed my car has advised me that they are going to start charging per day that the car has been there because they can't get in touch with American car center either to get an answer about the car imagine that so I'm telling you folks beware of this company and anything involved with it.... And if the service and maintenance department is this busy to where it take some 4 days to get in touch with you make a decision or anything then I definitely advise you not to buy a vehicle from them if they're that busy... I'm thinking at this point since I can't get an answer from anybody and don't have a way of going or anything the best thing for me to do will probably be go up there and stand in the public road in front of the car lot and advise every customer that turned that's going to turn in there what kind of dealership they're fixing to be dealing with before they do because if it stops one person from having to go through the unfortunate experience with this company that I have it would be well worth it

Stopped by with son... Had actually looked at a different vehicle somewhere else this morning and we were going to purchase it, but so happy we decided to stop here before going back to do it! Patrick was awesome, very helpful and personable with the selection of a Kia Forte. Sure thing! All leases with American Car Center come with an up to 3 year 36,000 mile limited powertrain warranty. This means American Car Center will repair or replace covered internal engine or transmission parts if they fail within 3 years or 36,000 miles after leasing the vehicle. Keep in mind, not every car leased will be covered for 3 years/36,000 miles. If you select a car with higher mileage, the warranty may only extended to 2 years/24,000 miles or less.

As you know, you can only lease vehicles from ACC. At the end of your lease you have 3 primary options. o You can just turn the car in and walk away. o You can trade up to a newer car and start a new lease o You can buy the car outright with a few additional residual payments. This is the lease to own option. The residual payments will typically be an additional 8-12 months of payments, but this will depend on various factors. Once those payments are made, the car is yours!
