Yes! Its great, but i think you need to reserve. There also a splash pad, but probably closed now!

There's one with a fireplace and bathrooms but you have to reserve it. There is another outdoor pavilion near the lake.
Yes, there are two or three covered areas near the playground. When I was there, it looked like they were in use, so I assume you have to reserve it ahead of time if you want to make sure it's available.
