MICHELLE thank you so much for walking us through the application process thank you for making yourself available to us every time we called with questions, I mostly appreciate how welcomed you and your team made us feel we love our apartment and so far loving NC. Do not move here! I am a current tenant and I moved into an upgraded unit, but have had more maintenance issues unfixed properly then necessary. I have had 3 water leaks, 2 from the ceiling and one from the dishwasher. For each leak I had to wait 24hrs for someone to view/fix (I guess leaking water is not considered an emergency). My heating unit caught on fire and I called the Fire Dept and lets just say that same heating unit is still in my apartment. I asked for the vent/air ducks to be cleaned from the smoke debris and that has not been done neither. I have mold in my apartment and the only thing that has been done is sprayed cleaner on it and painted over it. The maintenance guy does not like doing his job the first time you request it, you will either have to call the manager or put in multiple orders to get something done. My car has been vandalized and when I ask to view the cameras (newly installed) the office manager refused to show me the tape until I had a police office come with me, so after an officer showed up the tape was recored over. All of these issues (and more) have been reported all with a year and a half. I say all this to simply say “save yourself the headache that I am going through.” I will not be renewing going forward.

Its livable, but Black mold grows around the complex. Also there is an "upkeep" fee, and it seems it is just pocketed instead of used to help the community, there are broken fences around the complex, Etc. Wouldnt be my first pick.
