Highly recommend! I went in for concentrated lower back pain that was just not getting better a week after a spasm. After 6 weeks, my pain is essentially gone! Also, I am a mid-fat female. Christina never made any comment about my body or weight and just focused on the issue at hand. Her tables were also very supportive!
