I love the Community and the Staff here At Waterlynn at Concord, It’s very Quiet here until some of the residents that you live by slam the door when going out. And I wish the Landscaping would cut this tree down so I can see going out the back door and trim the trees. But other then that it is a beautiful and Safe place to live.

I'm currently a resident at Waterlynn of Concord, and although the staff is pleasant and the property looks nice. It is overpriced and not worth the "luxury" it claims to offer. I've been complaining for 2 1/2 MONTHS....about cigarette smoke, and the other disturbing smells that have effected me to the point of headaches and an inability to sleep due to the stench....but all I have been offered is to move from the community without penalties or moving to another unit on my dime. Or to become a Crime Scene Investigator to get proof of the smokers who live in the connecting bldg but share a wall with with my unit!!! Although they've received complaints from residents that actually reside in that bldg who confirms the smoking and my concerns.

Well hidden and secluded. Seems to be a quiet and well kept community. Management/staff seem to be very friendly and professional. I would of moved in the community but to get their 200.00 deposit you have to have like a 750 or higher score. They use a different scoring model I never even heard of so even if your fico 8 is 700+ their scoring system will have it in the 600s. Apartments appear very spacious on the website virtual tour but doesn't seem that way in person.
