This was where my mom lived for three years. Her apartment was nice. It was in good condition. There was no issue withmy mom making noise but grandchildren or great grandchildren are going to annoy neighbors even if they aren't being loud. The down sides of this complex are that you will hear the neighbors if you are on the lower floors. The rent goes up more than it should. There were a couple repairs that were necessary. They were completed in a .timely manner. The only thing they wouldn't fix was the dishwasher that had a terrible mold problem. We got back the entire deposit when sheoved out. No charges for wear and tear or damage.

No one never answers the phone. Phone calls were never returned. Stopped by multiple occasions & no one was at the office.

I keep calling because nobody is ever in the office. It says they are accepting applications for this month but nobody is telling me where I can apply. The voicemail keeps saying leave a message and they will get back to you in 24 hours but that hasn’t happened. The communication is terrible. Very unprofessional.
