I applied for a townhouse advertised on the website and paid a $200 unit hold on top of the $50 application fee a month ago, never received any contact back, no approval or denial, Nothing at all! I would like a refund of the $200.

Blair made the move in process so easy and gave me all the information I needed to have everything ready for the transition. The staff is very friendly and down to earth. Maintenance request are resolved quickly. The neighborhood is also very peaceful and clean!

From the first time I lived at Meadow Creek twice 2005 & 2015, I loved it😁, when I think of a Quiet, Peaceful and Serene its here! An Amazing living space, the possibilities are endless!

Applied here over a month ago and was denied but still have not received my refund. They say it’ll take 30 days and it has been over 30 days and they barely ever answer their phones. The website doesn’t even give you details of what qualifies you for the townhouse prior to being denied I didn’t know what factors play into applying. I will continue to call until I have received my money or I’ll have to come up there instead since no one picks up the phone.
