I just moved in about 6 weeks ago. I can honestly say I love my apartment. Very spacious. Big bedrooms and large closets. Nice size bathrooms with draws and cabinets. Plus a full size linen closet. Lots of kitchen cabinets and a pantry. Beautiful floors. Decent size laundry room. No complaints with the look and feel of my apartment. The staff is pretty good as well. 1st issue I have is the fact that the living room light switches are misplaced. When I walk in my door, the light switch to turn on the entryway light is about 6ft to the right. If it's dark, I have to walk past my couch fumbling over stuff to get to the light switch. It's very dumg and annoying. I hate I didn't notice this when I first moved in. 2nd issue and the thing that makes me regret making Legacy my final choice are the thin walls. I've never experienced anything like this before and I've lived on first floor many times over the years. My upstairs neighbors are two thinner ladies but I swear you would think they weighed 600 pounds each. It sounds like a heard of elephants when they walk across the floor. And we've had encounters and talked about it. They apologize and they try to walk lighter but it's not them. Its the construction of the building. Then my next door neighbor, I can hear EVERYTHING. Conversations, tv shows, telephone calls, the dog barking, and worst part of it all is his SNORING! It's literally keeping me up at night. He snores so loud, it's like he's sleeping right next to me in my bed. I try to sleep with tv or music on but that interrupts my sleep but without background noise makes it is even worse. Just like right now, I got up to use the restroom but I've been up almost 2hrs now cuz I can't fall back to sleep. The snoring is so loud and annoying. This is going to be a long year. I'm not ever sure what to do at this point. Although I love the apartment itself, if I'd known these things upfront, this would've been a deal breaker.

I wasn’t too pleased with the management I had my mom drop off some important paperwork that they needed , they were very rude to my mom and my mother wasn’t too comfortable on there behave .. very snotty .. I was applying for my first apartment .they told me they are not able to calculate there 3X monthly rent income requirement based Off My Teacher position and I had a second job on top of that, made it 3x the rent which didn’t make any sense . They also said they will need to complete this requirement in order to move forward with the application. The management team didn’t even try to work with me ,my credit is A1 .the application fee was only $50 I mite of lost $50 , but I found me a place thatthere 3x the rent .. and I’m happy they worked with me . so I will never try to apply with them again .

Moved here about two months ago after selling my home in Eastern North Carolina. Rebecca was very nice and helpful during the process. She answered all of my questions and made sure all of my concerns were addressed. She even sent me a video of my unit prior to my move. Moving here was great decision. I love my unit, amenities and the local food trucks that visit our complex. Come see for yourself and make Legacy Concord your new home!

I love Legacy. The staff is friendly and very helpful. We have had no issues and enjoy the pool, walking around the grounds while knowing we are safe. Love that there is security that covers the entire property at night. I go to dialysis early in the morning and one day I stated my car remotely and officers knocked on my door to make sure it was me who started the car. This is a great place to live!
