Never answer the phone but completely ok with putting out warrants and suspensions. Police just do their job to meet their quota. Feels more like state revenue than justice.

I need to obtain a copy of the Final Disposition from a case from March 3, 1970? I faxed the Clerk of Poughkeepsie today and just want to know if there is anything else I should do in order to obtain the Final Disposition in a timely manner?

There is a fee for a certificate of disposition. It will not be send until the fee is paid. It is not alot. Just necessary.
