Ok, so the key to using their services is to pay off whatever you leased as soon as possible. The longer you do the payments, the more you pay off in the long run. So always look at the "same as cash" price and pay that asap. Also, triple check that whatever furniture you received is "new", they will try to deliver you used furniture. Make sure the brand new tags/stickers are on the items you ordered. If you order a bed; Request that they bring it still wrapped in the plastic it was shipped in. (To ensure you are actually getting a new bed) and if they damage ANYTHING in your home while they are delivering the furniture, they should provide a discount. DO NOT sign that there was no damage done to your property, if they scratched your walls/door. That's it. Pay as quick as possible, and ALWAYS save your receipts. That way, you can truly reap the benefits of using this service.

I'm shocked they have such a high review. They are rude to say the least. When asking questions about your account they seem bothered, impatient and get loud over the the phone. VERY disrespectful customer service. SOLUTION center I got a solution for you. Monitor calls so you can see how rude your employees are over the phone first hand. Calling you after the fact especially when you didn't or forgot the name of the rude employee is pointless.
