Bought a $2000plus couch from Middletown Ashley . Received it they mounted legs and moved into living room we did not want it unwrapped because we are still renovating . Come to find out one price of the sectional is totally out of wack it won’t connect to the other piece and it’s all lopsided. You think since they put the legs on and such they would say oh hey this thing doesn’t sit right , instead I’m told it’s our fault for taking delivery . Now we have to wait a week for someone to “verify” the issue even though I sent picture and video . Also they can’t give us a time just a 4 hour window so now I have to take a day off of work for a “brand new” couch issue . And who knows how long it will be until it even gets fixed after that. Customer service is terrible they basically say sorry no returns and we can’t do anything for you beside inconvenient you more . I will never go back ,
